This research is motivated by students' perceptions of project-based Civics learning at SMPN 1 Kapur IX. During implementation, students still lack a clear understanding of the objectives and steps of project-based learning, are less active in learning, lack confidence in expressing opinions, and are less than optimally involved in discussions. This study aims to describe students' opinions regarding the implementation of the project-based learning model in Civics at SMPN 1 Kapur IX. This study employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The Slovin formula was used for sampling, with a sample size of 109 students. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-type questionnaire. Data validity was tested through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used the TCR (Respondent Achievement Level) technique. The results of the study indicate that students' perceptions of project-based Civics learning at SMPN 1 Kapur IX, achieved an overall TCR of 76%, which is in the fairly good category. This indicates that the implementation of project-based learning has received a quite positive response from students.
